CUSTOMER
SERVICE
Please take the time
to review the following guidelines regarding Ordering,
Cancellation, and Service Request procedures. While
it is true that Beach Drapery Service has been
designed to simplify the entire window covering
sales process; there are some things that are necessary
to expedite your orders.
Order Requirements:
- All order must be
in writing. A
purchase order must be issued for any window
covering order.
- A floor plan must accompany every order.
- A completed worksheet must accompany each
order.
Cancellation Requirements:
- All cancellation
requests me be in writing. There
will be no exceptions.
- All cancellation requests must be
made in a timely fashion. Some orders cannot be
cancelled due to manufacturing and fabrication
constraints. Please confirm with Beach Drapery
Service that an individual order is eligible for
cancellation. A written cancellation request
does not guarantee that an order can be cancelled. Written
confirmation of all cancelled orders will be made. Any
cancellation requests received after cutoffs will
be billed as a completed order.
Service Requests:
- All service requests must be
in writing. There
will be no exceptions. Service requests must include
a description and location of the products in question. (See
Beach Customer Service Form)
- Service requests must include current
phone numbers and access dates in order to schedule
the service call.
To sum up the overall scope of this memo, “YOU
MUST PUT IT IN WRITING.”
